Hearthstone - Meals are provided for families in need to due to illness, bereavement, childbirth, or other special needs. Contact person: Claire Lander (cclander@gvtc.com)Meals on Wheels - New Braunfels Senior Center delivers meals to seniors and shut-ins through the help of volunteers to deliver the meals. Contact Person: Margaret Ann Bird (bird621@hotmail.com)
Pamper Bank - diapers and wipes are collected throughout the year to be distributed to new moms after giving birth to welcome our newest covenant members. Additionally, from time to time, diapers and wipes will be taken to the Women's Shelter and/or Options for Women.
Phone Tree - Reminders concerning special events, or needs in the life of the church are communicated via telephone through a phone tree ministry. Coordinators: Margaret Ann Bird (bird621@hotmail.com and Irene Cohee (vrcohee@satx.rr.com)
Prayer - A group of prayer warriors who are available to pray for you in times of special need. Contact Person: Joni Davenport (830-625-6150)
Sunshine - This loving ministry that reaches out to our 65 year old members of our church and family as well those who are struggling with chronic health issues and other needs. Notes, visitation, and coordinating social gatherings throughout the year are a part of this ministry. Coordinators: Ellen Snyder (frankandellen1@att.net and Beth Riggs (beth_riggs@msn.com)
Teachers Appreciation - The women of Christ Presbyterian desire to show gratitude and encouragement to our covenant members who are teachers in either the public or private school setting. Contact Person: Marty Miller (pecosmarty@yahoo.com)
Chrismons - Thematic Christmas ornaments are handmade by women in the church for all our covenant children. Coordinator: Joni Davenport (830-625-6150)
