  • prepares and sets the agenda for, as well as chairs all planning meetings
Women's Ministry Assistant

  • supports and assists the WM Coordinator in all of the above
  • oversees the various women's bible studies; previews studies, secures leaders, orders all materials, and distributes information to bulletin, newsletter and Web-Master for publicity.
Women's Ministry Liaison
Marty Miller (pecosmarty@yahoo.com)
  • gathers information for the bi-monthly newsletter; oversees production, and delivers to WM Coordinator for printing and distribution
  • oversees publicity for women's ministry events
  • assists with coordination and oversight of the various women's ministries





Brochures & Invitations
Ronna Bower (bbower@satx.rr.com)
  • works closely with WM Coordinator to design and print invitations, brochures & flyers to Women Of Purpose events as needed
  • works closely with WM Coordinator to design and print a Women of Purpose brochure
Decorations & Bulletin Boards
Traci Hurta (traci_hurta@yahoo.com)
  • plans & decorates tables, platform settings, etc. for Women of Purpose events
  • decorates Women of Purpose bulletin board seasonally
Refreshments & Meals
Khaki Lano (khakilano@gmail.com)
  • coordinates and implements refreshments and meals at WM events
  • responsible for seeing that tables and chairs are set up as needed
  • works closely with Decorations (Traci Hurta) in planning & execution)

  • weekly checks the Women of Purpose section of the CPC webpage to make all information is correct and current
Photographer
Shawnde Johnson (shawnde4@gmail.com)
  • takes pictures at Women of Purpose events
  • makes disc of pictures after each event for WM Liaison to distribute

Resource Center/Bookstore
Amy Hornbuckle (hornbuckleamy@yahoo.com )
  • gathers registrations and monies for all women's events including Bible Study; delivers monies to WM Coordinator.
  • responsible for staffing resource center at designated times
  • oversees bookstore at Women of Purpose
